Cheeseburger and Potato Pizza

1 pound of Certified®Ground Beef
½ teaspoon Our Family™ Salt
Our Family™ Ground Black Pepper
1 Our Family™ Refigerated Pizza Crust
1 tablespoon Our Family™ Olive Oil
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
2 cups (8 oz.) Our Family™ Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 tablespoons Our Family™ Grated Parmesean Cheese
1 15-ounce can Our Family™ Sliced Potatoes
1 teaspoon dried rosemary


Preheat oven to 425°. In non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until completely brown. Add salt and season with pepper, if desired. Drain meat, if necessary. Combine olive oil and garlic and brush oil mixture over curst. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese. Top with browned ground beef. Layer sliced potatioes over meat. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.

2 pounds Certified®Ground Sirloin or Certified®Ground Round
1½ teaspoons Our Family™ Chili Powder
½ teaspoon Our Family™ Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon Our Family™ Salt
½ cup Our Family™ Medium Salsa
½ cup canned black beans
½ cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice


In a bowl, mix ground beef with chili powder, garlic powder, oregano and salt. Form into 6 ½-inch thick patties. In a small bowl combine salsa, beans, onion, cilantro and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate salsa mixture while cooking beef patties. Grill or broil beef patties until brown on one side. Turn and continue cooking until the middle of the Certified®Ground Beef patties reach an internal temperature of 160°—about 10 to 12 minutes in all. Top with salsa mixture. Serve with fresh salad and herbed corn bread.
